These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you.

Please read these terms carefully before ordering with us. These terms tell you what you need to know about buying with us.

• 2 PLACING AN ORDER

• 2.1 How you can place an order. Orders are placed solely through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to your basket, you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery and billing information. Please check, double check and even triple check your order (e.g. the product(s), size(s) and delivery address) before clicking the “place order” button.
• 2.2 Acceptance of your order. Your order is an offer from you to us to buy the product(s) in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming we have received it. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve dispatched your product(s). It’s at this point that a contract will come into existence between you and us. When we acknowledge your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. If you need to contact us about your order, you should quote this number.
• 2.3 Restrictions on placing orders. To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorized to use the payment method which you use to pay for the products you order

 

1. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER :

We reserve the right to cancel your order for the following reasons :

• If the chosen product from you is out of stock.
• If you have requested delivery in a country we currently do not ship to.
• If the billing or shipping information have wrongly been entered and cannot be verified and/or process by our team.
• If there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product.
• If we notice something unusual or suspect that our products are being exploited for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
• We may also have to suspend the supply of a product to you to deal with technical issues or make minor technical changes, update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and/or make changes to the product as notified by us to you.

 

Please note that the GymFlex team will always contact you by email and let you know the specific reason before canceling your order. A refund will automatically be issues to you when your order has been cancelled by us.

 

1. OUR PRODUCTS

• We provide fitness clothing.
• The pictures of our products on our website are for illustrative purpose only. Our team work and uses the latest technology to ensure that the colors are displayed accurately but note that we can’t guarantee that your display device will reflects the colors of the products exactly how it is.

1. DELIVERY

• If we cannot ship/deliver your product to you, we will let you know by emailing you the specific reason and issue a full refund where necessary.
• Any additional charges or custom duties which applies to your order will be your responsibility and will not be included in your delivery cost.
• If delivery of your product to you is delayed because of postal/courier delays, logistics, bad weather or outside event beyond our control, you can contact us through email at info@gymflexshop.com to let us know and we will do all necessary arrangement to know where your product is and that it is delivered to you safely and as soon as possible.
• Please note that the risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title for products purchased from us is transferred to you upon payment of the product.
• If you are not available or no one is available to take delivery of your product/package, the courier will have the responsibility to rearrange a new delivery date and will notify you of the failed delivery attempt or in other cases will inform you about collection of the product/package in courier offices.

 

1. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT.

We reserve the right to end the contract for a product :

1. If payment for a specific product have not been made or is being delayed for a period exceeding 5 days.
2. If you do not within a reasonable time of us asking you to provide us necessary information needed to process your order. For example; delivery address, name, and payment details referred to point A.

 

1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

• We use third-party payment providers to help us process your payments securely, safely, and accurately. Please note that our third-party providers work with accuracy to ensure that no fraudulent activities are being carried out on our website.
• We may change the price of some of our products and when this happens, we will update the new prices on our website. If you have placed your order before the price changing updates, your order price will be processed as stated on our website at the time you placed the order.
• What happens if we get the price wrong? It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, if the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.
