If you want to return an item, Please follow the steps below:

         OR 

• Go on the website footer and click on "Make a Return/Exchange?"

• Enter your order number and Zip/Postal code and start your return procedure. 
• Choose which item you want to return/exchange
• Choose the reason why you want to return or exchange
• Add a note about your return/exchange (optional)
• Click on "Download Shipping Label"
• You will receive your return shipping label by email

Pack and return your item using the return shipping label.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 You may initiate a return or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

1.2 Eligible items must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, you can also follow those steps below: 

• Contact our dedicated customer support team at info@gymflexshop.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Clearly state your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
• Our team will provide you with an RA number and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s).

You are responsible for packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

3. First Return for an Order: We offer a one-time complimentary return for each order. This means that the cost of return shipping for your first return for a particular order will be covered by Gymflex.

4. Second Return for the Same Order:

 If you wish to make a second return for items from the same order, a return shipping fee will be charged. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount or charged separately, depending on the method chosen.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item(s).

6. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as undergarments, and accessories unless they are damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
